Feeling well. People tell me I look great (I think what they mean is I don't look ill at all). And my hair is growing ever longer, and a little darker. I'll have to work on getting my picture enlarged so you all can tell.
If I don't fit in at least one nap by early afternoon, I begin to drag--like today. But I wanted to post before turning in. Getting in that mid-afternoon nap is one area in which I have to make a conscientious effort some days.
My biceps are looking a little less flabby ("little" is the operative word here) which should be an indicator of keeping up with my free weight exercises. I personally love to exercise, it's just that my body screams against it sometimes. Who am I kidding?--lots of the time!
Yes, the diet can feel lacking/boring/stale at times, but the mindset just simply has to be changed. I'm not there yet (please forgive me "A Team"). To move from the standard American diet to a plant based one is a crucial component to my restoration of longevity in health. I will make it!
...we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. and hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy spirit, whom he has given us. Romans 5
